Recognizing the complex nature of affordable housing development, Bridgewater offers an array of products to both for-profit and non-profit developers in their efforts to acquire, construct, refinance and rehabilitate affordable multifamily housing throughout our footprint. Our experience in support of affordable housing includes: predevelopment, construction and permanent loan facilities; direct equity investment and bridge-loan facilities related to low income and historic tax credit projects; tax-increment bridge finance; as well as tax exempt and taxable bonds.
