About your Transition on September 8

ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING

When and how do I enroll in Bridgewater’s online and mobile banking?

You’ll be able to enroll in Bridgewater’s digital banking starting September 8, 2025, once the system conversion is complete. Enrollment won’t be available before that date, but we’ll make sure you’re ready when the time comes.

Will my digital banking login credentials from FMCB still work?

Your login credentials will not carry over to Bridgewater’s digital banking and you’ll need to create new credentials when you enroll.

What happens to my transaction history from First Minnetonka City Bank?

Your transaction history will carry over. You will be able to see your transaction history in your digital banking account immediately.

Will I need to set anything up again?

Some features may require re-configuration, such as account alerts, internal transfers, or Bill Pay. We recommend documenting your payees to support a smooth transition.

Will I still have access to my FMCB digital banking profile after the transition?

First Minnetonka City Bank digital banking will be unavailable starting September 5, 2025. You will no longer be able to access your profile after that date.

What should I do if I have trouble logging into Bridgewater’s digital banking?

PAYMENTS & TRANSFERS

Will my automatic loan payments continue as scheduled?

Yes, automatic loan payments already in place will continue without interruption.

Do I need to update my payment information with vendors or employers?

Most direct deposits and automatic payments will carry over automatically. However, to ensure a smooth transition, we recommend confirming your new routing number — 091017523 — and account number with your employer or any service providers after September 8 to ensure no disruption.

What happens to scheduled Bill Pay payments from FMCB?

Scheduled payments set to occur on or before September 5 will process as expected. After that, Bill Pay payments must be re-configured within Bridgewater’s online banking platform.

Will my internal transfers or Zelle® settings carry over?

No, internal transfers and Zelle® contacts will not transfer. These settings will need to be re-configured once you’re enrolled in Bridgewater’s digital banking platform.

I have a Safe Deposit Box at First Minnetonka City Bank. When will I receive my first billing from Bridgewater Bank?

Your converted Safe Deposit Box account will receive its first billing on July 1, 2026, with payment due by August 1, 2026. 


DEBIT CARDS

When will I receive my new Bridgewater debit card?

Your Bridgewater Bank debit card will arrive the week of August 18, 2025.

When will my FMCB debit card stop working?

Your First Minnetonka City Bank debit card will stop working at 12:00 AM on September 8.

Do I need to activate my Bridgewater debit card before using it?

Yes, your Bridgewater debit card will need to be activated before first use. Instructions will be included with the card.

Will my PIN stay the same? Can I change it?

Your PIN will not carry over from your FMCB card. You can choose a new PIN when activating your Bridgewater card, and it can be changed anytime afterward.

What should I do if I haven’t received my Bridgewater debit card?

If you haven’t received your card by August 28, please contact us so we can ensure a replacement is issued in time.


STATEMENTS & HISTORY

Will I still be able to access past First Minnetonka City Bank statements or check images?

Check images and account statements from June 2, 2025, through September 5, 2025, (gap period) will not be immediately available in your digital banking profile following the transition, but you will be able to see images prior to June 2. Statements and check images that became available during the gap period will populate in your digital banking account in November 2025, when our system data load is complete.

How do I get a copy of a past FMCB statement if I need one?

If you need access to older records not available online, contact us - We’re happy to assist.


ONGOING SUPPORT

Will I still have branch access in Minnetonka?

Yes. Branch access in Minnetonka remains available to you through the Bridgewater Bank network.

Where are the new Bridgewater locations I can use?

You’ll continue to have access to all nine Bridgewater Bank locations across the Twin Cities metro. After the transition, you’ll be able to complete a broader range of transactions at any branch. Visit bwbmn.com/locations.

Will I still be working with the same bankers I know from First Minnetonka City Bank?

You’ll continue working with the same trusted bankers you’ve always known—now backed by a larger team of dedicated, experienced professionals from Bridgewater Bank, all here to support you.
