Q&A

ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING

When and how do I enroll in Bridgewater’s online and mobile banking?

You can enroll in Bridgewater's online banking now. The above resources will guide you through enrollment.

Will my digital banking login credentials from FMCB still work?

Your login credentials will not carry over to Bridgewater’s digital banking and you’ll need to create new credentials when you enroll.

What happens to my transaction history from First Minnetonka City Bank?

Your transaction history will carry over. You will be able to see your transaction history in your digital banking account immediately.

Will I need to set anything up again?

Some features may require re-configuration, such as account alerts, internal transfers, or Bill Pay.

Do I still have access to my FMCB digital banking profile?

First Minnetonka City Bank digital banking is no longer available.

PAYMENTS & TRANSFERS

Will my automatic loan payments continue as scheduled?

Yes, automatic loan payments already in place will continue without interruption.

Do I need to update my payment information with vendors or employers?

Most direct deposits and automatic payments will carry over automatically. However, to ensure a smooth transition, we recommend confirming your new routing number — 091017523 — and account number with your employer or any service providers.

Did my internal transfers or Zelle® settings carry over?

No, internal transfers and Zelle® did not transfer. These settings will need to be re-configured once you’re enrolled in Bridgewater’s digital banking platform.

I had a Safe Deposit Box at First Minnetonka City Bank. When will I receive my first billing from Bridgewater Bank?

Your converted Safe Deposit Box account will receive its first billing on July 1, 2026, with payment due on August 1, 2026.

Do I need to activate my Bridgewater debit card before using it?

Yes, your Bridgewater debit card will need to be activated before first use. Instructions were included with the card.

Will my PIN stay the same? Can I change it?

Your PIN did not carry over from your FMCB card. You can choose a new PIN when activating your Bridgewater card, and it can be changed anytime afterward.

STATEMENTS & HISTORY

Will I still be able to access past First Minnetonka City Bank statements or check images?

Check images and account statements from June 2, 2025, through September 5, 2025, (gap period) will not be immediately available in your digital banking profile, but you will be able to see images prior to June 2. Statements and check images that became available during the gap period will populate in your digital banking account in November 2025 when our system data load is complete.

How do I get a copy of a past FMCB statement if I need one?

If you need access to older records not available online, contact us. We’re happy to assist.
